Love yourself

Beautiful is, enjoying your own company. And with your own , I mean, the 'real you'! It's a pleasure to spend time with ourselves.
Lest of any expectations,lest of disappointments, lest of worries.
Go, have a walk in the park, or the street. The nature with all its magnificence is awaiting to embrace you in its most enchanting manner.
Stop looking for happiness in people. Be your own source of joy. 'Cause not everybody around cares. Where source of worries ceases, there lies extreme elation. Be your own partner. Love your own self. Ultimately, you'll end up loving the world. It's anguishes will fade. Feel gratitude for all that you owe, you'll end up living with peace and solace.
This is one simple 3-liner formula: Be you. Expect null. Live full. And guess what, you'll find yourself in ultimate serenity; bereft of any anxiousness. You'll find yourself smiling from within more often.

What else does one want, in this era of anxiety, depression, competition and discontent!

My idea of life

BLOG #5

If I put a very simple question in front of you; What do you want from life, then what would you answer?

Give yourself a little time. Have a meeting with self, a discussion in serenity with your mind. What answer do you get? And if your answer is one of those clichéd ones such as money, power, wealth, post etcetera, then sir/madam, let me reveal out to you, that YOU are conceiveing a big illusion! All you are doing is fooling around your own self. 'Cause the aforementioned are ephemeral or temporary. Life is a transient entity. You can not define it's girths or circumference! You can not bind it into some parameters. You can never limit it into some terms and objects. It is a flow. You can only flow with it, albeit having the helm of your direction and pace in your hands. So aspire for big, with a greater discernment; viewing with different perceptions.

Now think again; with this new aspect, with this new dimension which itself is dimensionless! Know the answer as to how you are shaping your life and whether you acquiesce to it this way.

This time, I hope you have a slightly different answer. With a new perspective. If no, then begin finding one, and if yes, then begin working for one. Find out the answers that lie beneath. And live with those answers. Atleast you'll have this very basic thing clear to you, as to 'What are you?' and 'Why are you?'. Else, you'll keep tracing the curve of life aimlessly along the locus shown by others, achieving goals fitted in you by others which will only bag you with apparent happiness and apparent satisfaction. Living in mirages!

If you've watched the movie, YEH JAWANI HAI DEEWANI, when the heroine asks the same 'WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM LIFE' from hero, he replies 'speed'. All he want is to keep moving. Now, this is an aim.

If you'd ask me my WHY, I would reply 'contentment'. A constant attitude in life: complaintless; accepting all the scenarios that life presents me with courage to deal them. Some people might will to serve others in life, others might will to live life to the fullest. Some might want happiness, but then again, what is your idea of happiness? It's perceived differently by different people. So, I hope you've got the gist what I'm trying to convey. Think big, conceive big.

So what's your 'WHY'? Give it a thought.

SPIRAL LIFE!

BLOG #4

Life; it's concept amazes me more than anything else's. It seems alike a relay exam.

Face situations, deal with them, pass through the outcomes, learn from the mistakes & 'go throughs', and then again, you face a new set of circumstances, you deal with them applying previously gained lessons, move forward to enter another world of situations. In short, life is all about learning from the experiences and applying them to the coming ones.

So basically, we are tracing a SPIRAL. That is how it's lived. This is the basic funda of living. 'LEARN AND MOVE ON.' But more often, we the naive players are incapable to absorb the hidden lessons this universe teaches us. We end up tracing a CIRCLE! This is where we get lagged behind. Rather than learning from the hurdles, we get stuck into them and keep regretting to why a certain thing happened that way. We wail around, & keep cursing our fate, our previous decisions which eventually led us to fall into the current situation.

As a matter of fact, it is absolutely impossible to undo the done in reality, unlike those in the electronic logic devices. So to repent upon is surely no way out. Remorse will only make you feel more depressed, defeated. So instead, stud the points where you went wrong, in your brain, to not repeat them ever.

Remember, the cosmo we live in, is in a constant flow. The time, the things, the objects are changing, moving, flowing! Rather than resisting, we too must flow, but wisely. Resisting will only make you feel the troubles more.

Don't let an obstacle become a hindering stone, make it instead, the stepping stone to your goal. GROW AS YOU MOVE.

ACTION POINTS (MOOL MANTRAS) :-
-> Analyse,
-> Observe,
-> Imply, and
-> Apply

Move, learn, move, learn, move. And that is how it is. When wise action replaces remorse, smile replaces hopelessness! This is the art. Art of living.

Do we need someone to complete us?

BLOG #3

Do we really need somebody, to give us our identity? To complete the meaning of our life? To validate our existence?

We have number of friends, family members, childern, our beloved, acquaintances. All these are parts of our life. But we do not realise, how gradually they transmute from 'part' to 'full'! That is, they instead, become our lives! The reason for our existence.
We get dependent on them.Being with them,gives us pleasure, while their absence disheartens us! Similar is true with those we dislike.

So the basic question which emerges is; why do we prioritise people? Why do we give them the very power to affect us in any manner? Why are we crippled without them?

It is noteworhty that,
"KOI APNA NHI, KOI PARAYA NAHIN.
HUM SAB TO VIDHI KE IS NAATYA ME,
NIBHA RAHEIN HAIN KIRDAAR APNE APNE."
(NONE IS OURS, NONE IS AN OUTSIDER,
WE, IN THIS DRAMA OF LIFE,
ARE PLAYING OUR OWN UNIQUE CHARACTERS.)

If we realise these very basic lines into our lives, our lives would be changed. A renewed one. The joy, the anguish, the jealousy, the excitement, the fear, the love,,,,,these all are not brought about by a third person. The cause is but, 'YOU' ! All these feelings are our creations, our thoughts, our illusions.

So, the conclusion what we get is, the bunch of keys to one's life's various phases is in his own hands. We are constantly moving in the path of life. Where we need to act upon is, not render them to those who are passer-by.

Philosopher Sir Henley wrote, "I am the Master of my Fate, I am the Captain of my Soul." Thus, it's we, who are the rulers. We owe the helm of our life's ways.

Gradually, bring into life, this principle. And you'll see how simple everything gets. All mysteries inside your head get deciphered. The nights you spend awaking, mulling over the various 'WHY's of life' reduce their frequency. What you are gifted with then, is peace; which I guess, has become just a theory nowadays, only found in dictionaries & books, not in real!

Bag of complaints!

BLOG#2

Complaint, is all we have ever. From things,from people, from circumstances. We always crave if we could alter them. We always blame them.
Instead of moulding ourselves according to the situation, we find faults in what is going on.We want things to be, according to our comforts, desires and suitability. And we curse them if it is not so, and in the process, we acquire negative attitude and end up diminishing our efficiency and passion in the field, doing things coercively & in a dull manner.
What the most interesting part is, we never realise this. We consider ourselves as supreme. We never try to understand as to why a particular thing is being shaped that way,rather we apply our own statistics and logics for the thing to take shape the desired way.
For an instance, if I've semester exams in the mid of blazing May, after a month of preparation leaves, I would curse the university for conducting them in such roasting weather,amid loo, giving externals around 12:00 in the noon, writing exam during the hot day time,and what not! So, I'd think that they should have had preponed or the timings should have had to be around early morning etc. I'll form my own set of views, and reckon how things would be if they were that way. What happens ultimately is, half of my productive time gets wasted in cursing & disappointment .I end up studying lesser!
This is exactly the point, the matter we must throw light upon. Why do we want things to happen in our way? Why do we not just accept them as they are, trying to understand the perception of the other.
This very philosophy does not just imply on situations, but also thoughts. We impose our thoughts on people.
Why are we such sturdy?Why are we not adaptable to changes? Why are our thoughts less flexible?We must give it a thought, certainly.  And change the way we take things. We need to tilt the angle how we conceive our perceptions to a little degree. And in no time,you'll see, how the normal, tedious everyday turn up to be cheerful. How events become exciting. Everything becomes honky dory. Do not resist, let yourself flow. A small advice, yet can change big!

Our perceptions make us what we are!

BLOG#1

Every person is unique, unique in his own manner. The way we act under certain circumstances, how we deal with things build up our identity. It's not the money, the class or the ambience that forms us; it's rather the state of mind that any individual conceives.
What we face or go through is a consequence of how we take things. Our perceptions have the very power to create or vandalise. Well said by Sir Mahatma Gandhi, "A man is nothing but a product of his thoughts."
Poor or rich, educated or illiterate adolescent or aged; a person is defined by his thoughts. The mindset & not the previous mentioned factors determine the happiness or contentment of an individual. WE LIVE IN THE SAME COSMO, YET OUR EYE DIFFERENTIATES THE WORLD! So we must give this blame game a hault & follow the '90/10 PRINCIPLE: What is done to us is 10% of the circumstances and 90% of reactions'.
It's time we set up a leg to understand this very fundamental yet significant concept and look forward to be better us.
